Dr. Stephanie Adamchak, MD

ABFM Board Certified Family Medicine Physician 

My Story

​

Dr. Stephanie Adamchak brings a wealth of diverse experience and a patient-centered approach to family medicine. Growing up on a dairy farm in Western New York, she developed a grounded perspective that informs her compassionate care. She pursued her undergraduate studies at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland a Bachelors Degree with majors in Biology and Spanish. She also played Soccer for the Spartans while attending. She then returned home to complete medical school at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse.

Upon graduating in May 2015, Dr. Adamchak was commissioned into the U.S. Army, where she completed her residency training in Family Medicine at Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, from 2015-2018. Her military service then led her to Stuttgart, Germany, where she provided comprehensive healthcare to U.S. military members, their families, and retirees at Army Health Clinic Stuttgart. This period also included a short deployment to Kabul, Afghanistan, further broadening her clinical experience in diverse and challenging environments. She is currently serving as an Officer in a Medical Readiness Unit with the U.S. Army Reserves.

After moving back stateside to Eastern North Carolina she took a postion with Medfirst Family Medicine and Urgent care we she practiced for 3 years before moving back home to Ellicottville. Dr. Adamchak is board-certified in Family Medicine and dedicated to delivering patient-centered care that is firmly rooted in evidence-based medicine. She believes in building strong relationships with her patients, focusing on their unique needs while upholding the highest standards of medical practice.

In her free time, Dr. Adamchak enjoys exploring her new home with her husband and three sons, staying active through exercise, and traveling. She is currently accepting enrollments for Spring 2026 and looks forward to partnering with you and your family on your health journey
