We started Valley Ridge Direct Primary Care and Performance Physical Therapy after moving back to Stephanie's hometown of Ellicottville, New York. Both of us have worked in the military, where medical decisions and patient care are not bound by insurance but guided by what is best for the patient. We wanted to continue treating our patients without those restrictions. Our goal is to provide high-quality, personal care that is accessible and affordable, and to serve the community we live in.

Valley Ridge is named after Stephanie's grandparents' dairy farm in East Otto, NY, which she grew up on. The opening of this practice is a return home for Stephanie, but also a return to the way the patient-doctor relationship used to be: personal and human.
